Springfield Properties (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, announces that, Matthew Benson, Non-executive Director, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 76 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Matthew Benson has an interest in 40,802 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
