Director/PDMR Dealings
YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, announces that it was notified of purchases of Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each by Directors and PDMRs through automatic dividend reinvestment plans.
On 15 December 2022, Alex McIntosh, Chief Finance Officer, acquired a further interest in the Company's shares as a result of his participation in an automatic dividend reinvestment plan.
Following the dividend reinvestment, Alex McIntosh is beneficially interested in a total of 5,435 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 16 December 2022, Global Shares Ireland Ltd (the Company's share plan administrator) used proceeds from dividends received on 12 December 2022 to purchase Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in the Company on behalf of a Director and PDMRs as noted in the below tables.
Following the dividend reinvestment, Sundip Chahal (Chief Operating Officer) is beneficially interested in 860,970 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.77% of the Company's issued share capital.
