CentralNic announces that on 5 January 2023 the following PDMRs have exercised share options previously granted by the Company ("Options):

The exercise of options was satisfied by 1,288,000 shares from the CentralNic Employee Benefit Trust. Only the minimum amount of shares required to fund the exercise price and partially settle the tax liabilities on the option exercise and the exercising NEDs intend to hold the remaining balance of shares. The total number of shares sold by Iain McDonald was 260,038 and the number sold by Thomas Rickert was 198,142. Net of this sale, Iain McDonald will retain 589,962 shares and Thomas Rickert 239,858 shares.
This exercise further aligns the Company's policy on NED remuneration with best practice in the UK and as a result none of the Non-Executive Directors of the company hold any share options. To achieve this, the Company has allowed Iain McDonald to exercise the options granted to him on 10 March 2020 ahead of its vesting date on 10 March 2023. The retained shares will be subject to a Lock in Deed until the vesting date of the corresponding options.
