Re-issue of Treasury Shares

Origin Enterprises plc ("Origin" or "the Company") announces that on 6 January 2023 it transferred 1,458 treasury shares to satisfy an exercise of share options granted under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme (UK).
Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company has reduced from 12,265,142 to 12,263,684. The total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is now 113,056,691.
