Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Redrow plc (the 'Company') confirms that the £100m share buyback programme (the 'Programme'), announced on 14 July 2022, in order to reduce the share capital of the Company has been completed.
In total under the Programme the Company repurchased 21,420,175 ordinary shares of 10.5p each in the Company, of which 12,852,106 have been cancelled and 8,568,069 are held in Treasury. The average price paid per share was £4.70p.
