JSC DEVELOPMENT BANK OF KAZAKHSTAN - PARTIAL REPURCHASE AND CANCELLATION OF BONDS
17 January 2023 - JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan (the "DBK") hereby announces that it has repurchased U.S.$29,690,000 in principal amount of its 2.95% Notes due 2031 (Regulation S ISIN: XS2337670694; Rule 144A ISIN/CUSIP: US25159XAD57/25159XAD5) (the "Notes"). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes, the repurchased Notes have been cancelled. Following this repurchase and cancellation, the outstanding principal amount of the Notes as of the date hereof is U.S.$ 254,523,000.
DBK may seek to make further repurchases of Notes from time-to-time, subject to market conditions.
