The following notification is made under article 19.1 and in accordance with article 19.3 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") in relation to disposals of shares by Deanmor Investments and Jonathan Hornby and purchases by Jonathan Hornby and PCAs. Deanmor Investments is a company owned by Jonathan and Philippa Hornby and family. Therefore, the transactions resulted in no change to the combined beneficial shareholdings of Jonathan Hornby and his PCAs. Following this transaction Jonathan Hornby and family remain the beneficial owners of 28,973,632 shares of Luceco plc.
