Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG) announces that electronic copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2022 and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.watkinjonesplc.com.  

Hard copies of the 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are being posted to shareholders today.

The Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 10.30am on 28 February 2023 at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN.
