We refer to our letter no.: CC/S&B/SK/2023/710 dated 25.01.2023 intimating about the Meeting of the Central Board of the Bank for considering the financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended 31^st December, 2022.

2. In terms of Regulation 33 and Regulation 30 (6) and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we forward herewith a copy of the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank approved by the Central Board of the Bank at its Meeting held on 03^rd February, 2023 at Mumbai along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended 31^st December, 2022.

3. The Limited Review Report of the Auditors contains unmodified opinion.

4. The Central Board Meeting commenced at 01.30 PM and concluded at 03.20 PM.

5. The Utilisation Certificate and Statement of Material Deviation on non-convertible debt securities for quarter ended 31.12.2022 as per Regulation 52 (7) and Regulation         52 (7A) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith.

6. The Security Cover Certificate as on 31.12.2022 on non-convertible debt securities in terms of Regulation 54 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed.
