Chair Succession

Trustpilot Group plc (the "Company") announces that Zillah Byng-Thorne, an independent non-executive director and Chair Designate of the Company, will succeed Tim Weller as Chair of the Company with effect from 3 April  2023. Tim Weller will remain as a non-executive director of the Company to ensure a smooth handover of duties and will not seek re-election as a director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), currently scheduled for 23 May 2023. Tim has been Chair of Trustpilot since February 2013.

Zillah is currently Chief Executive Officer of Future plc and a non-executive director of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. As announced by Future plc on 22 February 2023, Zillah will be standing down from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Future plc on 31 March 2023.

Tim Weller commented:

"Following the Company's announcement on 12 January 2023 of Zillah's appointment as Chair Designate, there has been a thorough handover of duties and, therefore, it would be appropriate for me to stand down from the Board at the AGM. I wish Zillah and the Board every success for the future."

Zillah Byng-Thorne commented:

There are no other details that are required to be disclosed in respect of Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules, other than those disclosed in the Company's announcement of a directorate change on 15 September 2022.
