First Day of Dealings

Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL) is pleased to announce the admission of 290,500,000 new ordinary shares with no par value ("New Ordinary Shares") to trading on the Standard Segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (together "Admission") following completion of the recently announced fundraise and management subscription to raise £1.743 Million at a price of 0.6p.

Admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading will take place and dealings will commence at 8:00 a.m. today under the ticker 'UPL' and ISIN JE00BJXN4P16 and SEDOL BJXN4P1.

Total Voting Rights

The number of shares in issue immediately after Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is 1,101,268,853. For the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following Admission the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will comprise 1,101,268,853 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
