FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, today announces the appointment of Kathryn Fleming as a Non-executive Director with effect from 1 April 2023.

Kathryn is currently CFO of Control Risks Group, a global risk management consultancy and is a member of both their board and executive committee where she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial performance and strategy across its worldwide operations. On 30 April 2023, existing non-executive director, David Adams, will step down from his role.  David has been on the board of FRP since shortly after its inception in 2010 and his contribution to the Group has been invaluable, supporting its growth from a small partnership into the c.£100 million revenue business it is today. He has also played a significant role in the creation and evolution of FRP's Corporate Finance business. The Group is exceptionally grateful for his contribution over the last 13 years.

Nigel Guy, Non Executive Chairman of FRP Advisory Group plc, said:

"After an extensive search process, we are very pleased to have someone of Kathryn's calibre joining the FRP board. Her experience of working in growing professional service firms with people at the core of the proposition is very relevant to us. At the same time, I would like to place on record our thanks to David Adams who will be stepping down from the Board shortly.
