Dividend Declaration
LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric") today declares its third quarterly interim dividend of 2.3 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend"), which is a 4.5% increase on the previous year's third quarterly dividend.
The Dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution and is in line with LondonMetric's progressive dividend policy.
The timetable is set out below and it is intended that a scrip dividend alternative will be available to shareholders:
