AIM Rule 17 Schedule Two (g) Update

 

 

Bango (AIM:BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, today announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

On 3 December 2019, the Company announced that Sir Eric Peacock had been appointed to the Bango Board. In addition to the information in that announcement, and the announcement of 12 January 2021, Sir Eric was a director of Baby Deer Limited at the time it entered into a creditors' voluntary liquidation in 1993 (despite having left the business in 1992). Baby Deer Limited was subsequently dissolved in 2016 owing £634,638.68 to creditors.

 

On 19 October 2021, the Company announced that Lisa Gansky had been appointed to the Bango Board. In addition to the information included in that announcement, Lisa Gansky was a director of Grasshopper Ventures Group, Inc (until it was dissolved on 30 December 2021).
