TRITAX BIG BOX REIT PLC

purchase of ordinary shares by pdmrs

The Board of the Company announces that in accordance with:

a)   the terms of the Investment Management Agreement between the Company and Tritax Management LLP (the "Manager") dated 4 May 2022 pursuant to which 25 per cent. of the management fee (net of any applicable tax) is to be applied to the purchase  of ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the Manager has acquired in the market a total of 1,772,824 Ordinary Shares on behalf of certain partners and employees of the Manager, including the persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") referred to below, and abrdn Holdings Limited ("abrdn"); and

b)   the terms of the Bonus Agreement between the Company and Tritax Symmetry Management Limited ("Tritax Symmetry") dated 27 January 2021, pursuant to which 20 per cent. of the deal bonus fee (net of any applicable taxes) is applied to the acquisition of Ordinary Shares, the Manager has acquired in the market a total of 67,774 Ordinary Shares on behalf of certain staff of Tritax Symmetry,

in both cases the Ordinary Shares were acquired on 2 March 2023 at £1.4775 per share.
