Share Buy Back
Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 07 March 2023, it purchased 700,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 41.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase programme are to be cancelled. In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased 1,565,000 shares . 1,030,000 of those Ordinary Shares have been cancelled and 535,000 are pending cancellation.
Following the above purchase, GCL has 134,539,251 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue.
