2022 Annual Report & Accounts
The Company announces that it has today published its 2022 Annual Report & Accounts (the "2022 Annual Report").
A copy of the document has been posted on the Company's website www.sigplc.com/investors and will be sent to shareholders on or around 27 March 2023, together with the Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, in line with shareholder communication preferences.
The 2022 Annual Report has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism, which can be accessed at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The 2022 Annual Report has been prepared using the single electronic reporting format specified in the TD ESEF Regulation.
