Block Listing
Application has been made by the Company to the Financial Conduct Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing totaling 105,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on the premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The block listing consists of 105,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each. These shares, which (when issued), will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the Victrex plc 2015 Sharesave Plan.
It is expected that admission will become effective at 8am on 14 March 2023.
