2022 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and 2022 Gender Pay Gap Report

Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting gaming and interactive entertainment group, today announces that its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 and the Notice of Meeting for the 2023 Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at:

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 a copy of the Annual Report, the Notice of Meeting and the Form of Proxy together with a copy of the proposed revised rules for The Entain plc 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan and the proposed revised Articles of Association have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
