2022 Annual Report and Accounts
On 14 March 2023 the Company released its results for the year ended 31 December 2022.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company today announces the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2022 ('2022 Annual Report and Accounts').
The 2022 Annual Report and Accounts will shortly be available on our website at www.tpicap.com/investors, and as soon as practicable for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Printed copies of the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts will be mailed to shareholders on 4 April 2023 together with the Company's Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting, in line with shareholder communication preferences.
This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 6.3.5R(1A).
