Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that on 23 March 2023, members of the Company's Board of Director's (the "Board" transacted in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
David Johnson, Independent Non-Executive Chair of the Board, acquired through the market 30,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 93.93 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr. Johnson is now interested in 450,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.046% of the Company's issued share capital.
Sylvia Kerrigan, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, acquired through the market 10,034 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 95.71 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Ms. Kerrigan is now interested in 15,994 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.
