Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), FRP Advisory Group plc confirms that, as at 31 March 2023, it has 249,401,058 Ordinary Shares in issue, each with voting rights, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
