Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, announces that Innes Smith, Chief Executive Officer, has undertaken transactions in ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in order to effect a transfer to his children.

 

Following these transactions, Innes Smith has an interest in 985,7261 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
