Further to the publication on 24 March 2023 of the Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") 2022 Annual Report and Accounts, the Company announces that it has, today, made the following documents available to shareholders:
· 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM")
· 2023 Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy ("Form of Proxy")

The 2022 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy are being sent today to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies. In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, these documents will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
The AGM will be held at the offices of the Company at No.1 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London EC3R 7AA on Tuesday, 9 May 2023 at 11.00 a.m.
