Clarification of dividend timeline

Further to the 2022 Full Year results announcement made by the Company at 7.00 am on 5 April 2023 (RNS Number: 3941V), the Company seeks to correct an error in respect of the record date for the final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2022.

In respect of the proposed final dividend of 2.00p per ordinary share for the year ending 31 December 2022, the following timeline will apply subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 24 May 2023.

The Company will continue to offer shareholders the opportunity to use the cash dividend paid to purchase shares through its Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP') which is operated by Link Group. Shareholders who wish to join or cancel their participation in the DRIP before payment of the recommended final ordinary dividend must provide their instruction to Link Group no later than 5.00pm on 26 May 2023.

The dividend will be paid on 16 June 2023 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 12 May 2023.
