Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games and entertainment industries, today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022, including notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 May 2023 ("AGM"), have been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Group's website www.keywordsstudios.com.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

The AGM will take place at 9.30 a.m. on 26 May 2023 at the offices of DLA Piper UK LLP, 160 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HT, United Kingdom.

Should a shareholder have a question that they would like to raise at the AGM, the Board would ask that they submit the question in advance of the AGM by sending an email to agm@keywordsstudios.com by 24 May 2023.
