Capital (LSE: CAPD; OTCQX: CAPFF), a leading mining services company, today announces that it has commenced trading with the OTC Markets Group Inc (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of regulated markets for trading 12,000 U.S. and international securities, under the symbol "CAPFF".

Upgrading to the OTCQX Market provides transparent trading for U.S. investors.  Streamlined market standards enables Capital to utilise our LSE main market listing to make information available in the U.S. Qualification to trade on the OTCQX reflects Capital's high financial standards, best practice corporate governance and demonstrated compliance with applicable securities laws.
