Publication of 2022 Annual Report and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

888 (LSE: 888), one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies with internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888, Mr Green and SI Sportsbook, today announces it has published its Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report") for the year ended 31 December 2022, together with the notice of its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report and the AGM notice have been submitted to the UK National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

In accordance with Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism as noted above.

Printed copies of the above-mentioned documents will be posted to shareholders who have requested them in the coming days.

The AGM will be held at 9.00am BST (10.00am CEST) on Tuesday 23 May 2023, at the office of Hudson Sandler LLP, 25 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6AE.
