RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, announces that it has been informed that Ian El-Mokadem, Chief Executive Officer, has acquired 40,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 253.8 pence.
Following this share purchase, Ian El-Mokadem has a total beneficial interest in 190,000 Shares.
