DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Board of Hipgnosis, the first UK listed investment company offering investors a pure-play exposure to songs and associated musical intellectual property rights, and its Investment Adviser, Hipgnosis Song Management Limited, announce that Vania Schlogel has stepped down as a Director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2023 to focus on her executive role at Atwater Capital, which she founded in 2017 and for which her commitments and responsibilities have recently increased significantly.
