The Company hereby announces that a fourth interim dividend of 4.25p per share, for the financial year ending 30th June 2023, will be paid on 7th July 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2nd June 2023. The ex-dividend date is 1st June 2023.
The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), which is managed by the Company's registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Equiniti Limited.
