Retirement of Director
Following the completion of the C Share Portfolio realignment and conversion of C Shares to Ordinary Shares pursuant to the combination of the Company with JPMorgan Elect plc (in liquidation), the Board announces that Steve Bates will retire from the Board on 31st May 2023. Steve had joined the Board to provide interim support towards the integration of the companies.
The Board would like to thank Steve for his invaluable support towards the Company's merger with JPMorgan Elect plc and his subsequent period on the Board assisting with the integration of the companies. The Board wishes him all the very best for the future.
