Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), a leading provider of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection solutions, announces that it has posted the Notice of its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") as well as its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 to shareholders who requested hard copies.

The Company's 2023 AGM will be held at Vigo Consulting, Sackville House, 40 Piccadilly, London, W1J 0DR, at 9.30 a.m. on 20 June 2023.
