LUKOIL International Finance B.V. (hereinafter - the Issuer) informs the holders of the U.S.$1,500,000,000 4.563 per cent. Notes due April 24, 2023 ISIN XS0919504562, US549876AH32 about complete fulfillment of its obligations on these Notes in accordance with the documents of the Notes.
In particular, funds have been debited from the Issuer's account in relation to the direct payments per applications submitted by Noteholders in accordance with the Condition 8 (Payments) of the Conditions of the Notes, as well as payments have been made to the principal paying agent which confirmed the transfer of the received funds to international clearing systems for further distribution to Noteholders.
