Result of Annual General Meeting
Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 23 May 2023 as set out in the Notice of AGM, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
A poll was held on each of the resolutions and was passed by the required majority. Resolutions 1 to 5 were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolutions 6 and 7 were passed as special resolutions. The results of the poll were as follows:
