NOTICE OF 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Forward Partners Group plc (LSE: FWD) the London-based investment firm specialising in supporting high growth, early-stage technology businesses, confirms that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the twelve-month period ended 31 December 2022 (the 'Annual Report') and Notice of AGM to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

The AGM will take place at Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU, on 27 June 2023 at 14.00. Shareholders wishing to attend in person should communicate their intention to do so to the Company by 23 June 2023 via email at forward@almapr.co.uk.
Shareholders may submit questions prior to the AGM via the same Alma email address by close of business on 23 June 2023. Questions will be addressed either on the Company's website or during the AGM.
