Resignation of a non-executive director
Following the announcement made by the Company on 18 April 2023 and in accordance with the Company's succession planning arrangements, the Board of the Company hereby announces that Mr Charles Wilkinson has resigned as a non-executive Director of the Company and its subsidiary effective 31 July 2023.
The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr Charles Wilkinson for his unwavering dedication, exceptional service, and strong commitment to the Company. We extend our best wishes to him for the future.
