Establishment of an Employee Benefit Trust
Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, is pleased to announce it has established an Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT").
The EBT will be funded by the Company and will hold shares for the benefit of the Company's employees to satisfy the vesting of awards made under the Company's share incentive schemes.
Daren Morris (Chief Financial Officer) and Oliver Bonwick (Group Financial Controller) are the Trustees of the EBT.
The Company received notification on 20 September 2023 from the Trustees of the EBT that the EBT had purchased a total of 400,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £2.195 per Share on 19 September 2023.
Following this transaction, a total of 400,000 Shares representing 0.14 per cent of the Company's total voting rights are held in the EBT.
