Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), it has been informed that Noel Lamb, Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as a director of Nippon Active Value Fund Plc, a company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
Further to the above, Noel Lamb has resigned as the Chairman and as a director of Atlantis Japan Growth Fund Limited, a company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
