Darktrace announces today that Darktrace's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 7 December 2023 at 11.00am (London time) at the offices of Latham & Watkins (London) LLP, 99 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3XF.
In connection with this, Darktrace confirms that the Notice of AGM and the associated Form of Proxy have today been posted or made available to Darktrace's registered shareholders.
The Notice of AGM, the associated Form of Proxy and related Share Buyback Deed, along with the FY2023 Annual Report and Accounts, are available to view on Darktrace's website at https://ir.darktrace.com.
In accordance with Listing Rules 14.3.6R and 14.3.7R, copies of each of these documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
The result of the AGM will be announced shortly after its conclusion and published on Darktrace's website.
