("Plus500" or the "Company")

Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights

Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating technology-based trading platforms, announces that on 31 December 2023 it issued a total of 785,560 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") out of the Ordinary Shares held in treasury, as follows:

 

·    264,125 Ordinary Shares to certain persons (including PDMRs and/or PCAs as detailed below) to satisfy deferred payments due to them under the Company's 2020 and 2023 bonus schemes.

 

·    214,988 Ordinary Shares to PDMRs and/or their PCAs as detailed below to satisfy payments due to them under the Company's vested 2021 LTIP grant scheme.

 

·    153,342 Ordinary Shares to PDMRs and/or their PCAs as detailed below to satisfy payments due to them under the Company's vested 2021 and 2023 RSU grant scheme.

In addition, 153,105 Ordinary Shares were issued to non-PDMRs to satisfy payments due to them under the Company's vested 2023 RSU grant scheme.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the 785,560 Ordinary Shares on 31 December 2023 and following the repurchase of 26,752 Ordinary Shares on 2 January 2024, as of 2 January 2024, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue was 79,691,288 (excluding treasury shares) and the Company held 35,197,089 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as of 2 January 2024 was 79,691,288. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
