Compass Group PLC (the Company) confirms that, after more than nine years' service, Carol Arrowsmith, Non-executive director, will not seek re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 8 February 2024 (the Meeting) and will retire following the conclusion of the Meeting.
