Publication of 2023 Annual Report and 2024 AGM Notice
RWS Holdings plc (the "Company"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, has today published on its website www.rws.com/about/investors/ its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2024 (the "2024 AGM Notice"), which will be distributed to shareholders shortly.
The AGM will be held on Thursday, 22 February 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the offices of Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8YY, as a physical meeting. The Company strongly encourages shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the AGM and to appoint the Chair of the meeting as their proxy, rather than a named person who may not be able to attend the meeting if circumstances change.
