AGM Statement and Notice of CMD

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 2pm today.

In addition, Oxford Metrics announces it will be hosting a Capital Markets Day for analysts and investors on Thursday 18th April 2024 in Oxford. This event will focus on the Group's five-year growth plan, market opportunities and to see first-hand its latest innovation of markerless technology in action. With space limited, please register your interest to attend this event via: SComg@fticonsulting.com.

At the AGM today, Imogen Moorhouse, Oxford Metrics CEO, will make the following statement:

"Vicon entered the new financial year with well over half of revenue expectations underpinned by orders in hand and a strong sales pipeline. The Board is pleased to report that the solid start has continued with good early trading in the new financial year. The Group continues to have strong visibility, which is now reflecting the normalisation of customer buying behaviour compared with the past years of disruption caused by the pandemic and supply chain challenges.

Trading is in-line with expectations. Further information on trading will be provided when interim results for the six months ending 31 March 2024 are announced.

The Board looks forward to the year which is set to see further growth in existing markets whilst laying the foundations for future growth - which will be covered in more detail at our Capital Markets Day in April."
