Comment on Media Reports

 

Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, notes media reports regarding Chris Cleverly's involvement in the Company or its 48.35% owned subsidiary, Recyclus Group ("Recyclus") and makes the following comment.

 

Robin Brundle, Chairman of Technology Minerals, states: "I can confirm that Chris Cleverly or any of his associated businesses are not involved in the day-to-day operations of the Company or Recyclus. Additionally, Mr Cleverly and any of his associated businesses do not hold any shares in either Technology Minerals or Recyclus.

 

"Chris Cleverly was a director and a shareholder of Onshore Energy Limited ("OEL") which was acquired by the Company at the time of Admission to the Standard List in November 2021 and ceased to be a director of OEL on 17 November 2021. Mr Cleverly stepped down as director of Recyclus on 20 May 2021 and has had no involvement in the business since then."
