PDMR shareholding
Windward (LON: WNWD), the leading Maritime AI company, announces that Matan Peled, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, has today transferred his shareholding of 6,270,795 shares in the Company from his personal name on the Company's Israeli share register in paper format to a broking account under his name in electronic format as depositary interests on the Company's Jersey register.
Following this transfer, Matan Peled's holding in the Company will remain at 6,270,795 shares (7.07%).
