1Streetworks Investor Seminar

1Spatial, a global leader in Location Master Data Management ("LMDM") software and solutions, is pleased to provide further details on its 1Streetworks investor seminar taking place later today. 

1Spatial is hosting a virtual insight session and Q&A for investors and sell-side analysts at 3pm today. The event will cover the 1Streetworks solution, how it can revolutionise complex street works planning, and the significant potential addressable market opportunity of £400m. 

1Spatial's ambition is to secure up to 10% of this market on a 5-year time horizon. Should that ambition be successful, it would translate to approximately £40m of Annual Recurring Revenue, with an associated EBITDA margin of other comparable SaaS businesses.

1Spatial has invested £5m to date in 1Streetworks and the cloud platform to bring the solution to commercialisation, and from here would expect moderate maintenance capex of around £0.5m per annum, allowing 1Streetworks the potential to provide significant cash flows for the Group.
