Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Dr Andrew Williams, a non-executive director, informed the Company yesterday that his wife, Charlotte Williams and his two children had purchased a total of 198 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on 13 March 2024 at a price of £98.10 per share.
Following these transaction, Dr Williams' total beneficial interest in the Company will be 61,206 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.57 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
