The Board of NB Global Monthly Income Fund Limited hereby gives notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held at 10am on 1 July 2024 at the Company's registered office: 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, GY1 2HL. A Shareholder Circular which includes a letter from the Chairman, will be mailed to Shareholders, and will be available on the Company's website: www.nbgmif.com and on the National Storage Mechanism: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Copies of the Shareholder Circular, including the Notice of EGM may also be obtained from the Company's registered office.
