Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 13 June 2024 that Rebecca Shelley, Chair of the Company, purchased 12,357 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 162.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 June 2024.
Following the transaction, Mrs Shelley confirms that she holds 29,628 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.012 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
